Martins matisovs, 31, caught driving with no insurance or tax and has be given a ban from driving for 8 years. He was previously banned for 3 years and was caugh my again judge ruled the 8 year ban. The man in known to gardai for fraud and was in prison in Latvia for 5 years for position of fake driving licenses.
