A local man in his mid 20s was today spotted Outside he’s local R.S.P.C.A pet rescue centre in what only can be described as a black Perspex gimp suit with matching mask and biker style boots what’s makes this so weird was he lock up to the lampost with a dog lead local resident said he did not believe his eye as he was taking his dog for a vet appointment and that it look like something for 50 shades of gray the man later report this to the local police but the man had disappeared by the time the police arrived
