Jailed Queens man has agreed to give names and other personal evidence against suspected train painting vandals who targeted NYC subway trains in exchange for honey buns and ramen soups while he was awaiting trial on similar charges. He is known through out the graffiti community as being a loner and sociopath, so it was no shock when detective Nino Navarra offered the plea deal. The vandal has been arrested many times and was believed to have made similar deal in DC and Maryland.
