In a surprise statement, CenturyLink CEO Jeff Storey has announced the Government Service Division has been sold. The board of directors has approved the sell of the Government services Division (located in Herndon, VA) to TRG Field Services (Leesburg, VA). CenturyLink is still awaiting shareholder approval of the sale.
Headed by Byron David, TRG Field Services Inc. (TRG) provides a full range of Information Technology (IT) systems support to government and commercial clients. Since 1987, TRG’s directors and managers have been providing communications and related services to customers in highly classified environments in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. TRG is a professional services company that specializes in creating long term and stable working relationships with its customers eliminating concern for instabilities.
