Police to crack down on mobile drivers

The Derbyshire police have told us how they are going to crack down on the amount of driver using there mobile phone whilst driving as number continue to rise. Since July 54 people have been caught using there mobile phone in the codnor area and the local police force have decided enough is enough. As of November 1st office have secretly been filming drivers using there mobile phones on the A38 and are set to commence prosecution against the offenders. Drivers are set to find out via postal letter as early as October 2nd, the penalty is 6 points and a £200 fine. Pictured below Darren cutts is one of several offenders set to recive a letter after being caught in a white van registration CE66 BRX early last month.
