Tina Lalor of 24 Mountain View was arrested in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The women in her 50s was arrested for no Insurance on on her Mountain bike.
It has said that the women was also speeding at 100mph in a 50mph zone.
Sh remains in custody and is said to be heard in court the 24th of March 2019
