Recent study's have shown that eating mac and cheese may cause muscle deterioration. Scientists fed 3 8th graders mac and cheese for 2 weeks. Before they started there diet of just mac and cheese they tested there strength by lifting weights. All 3 students were able to lift 115 for a bench press. After the 2 weeks of eating mac and cheese they were put to the test again, the study has found that they suffered loss of muscle. Not one 8th grader was able to even get up 75 pounds for their bench press. This study proves that eating mac and cheese makes you weaker and it will slightly drop your IQ.
