After a nearly two year term as Press Secretary, Sarah Sanders has announced she is leaving this position to pursue other opportunities. This announcement comes on the heels of her admission to making false statements to the press. The announcement was first made on President Trump’s twitter page.
It was announced earlier today that the new Press Secretary will be Mr. Ron White. The sometimes controversial comedian is expected to begin his new role within the next month. In addition to an extensive career in comedy he is also a New York Times best selling author and former Presidential candidate. Mr. White is expected to be publicly announced to the press in the next week.
