In an unusually heavy traffic jam ,lorry loads of fresh flower struggled to reach the destination and meet the delivery deadlines for the recipient Mai Baldo.
Barangay Traffic Police struggled for hours to give semblance to the heavily congested roads and ensure free flow of traffic.
The local flower shops had been out of stock and had to turn away most of the customers empty handed.
