Folks are celebrating the arrest of Lucy Birch on 7/14. Her next appearance in Lawrence County Indiana Superior Court Case 47D01-2011-F6-001868 is 7/27 - Lucy Birch and her fiance, Bruce Sims, are finally being held accountable for the tens of thousands of dollars they stole from unsuspecting consumers. Several of the consumers, who lost over $5000 each, tracked Lucy's location and in spite of providing that location to the Sheriffs department, Lucy remained a fugitive for almost a year. Lucky for these novice detectives, they were able to persuade the Indiana State Police to arrest her.
