Luke Pennock, 17, from south elmsall was unexpectedly arrested today at his home after being caught on CCTV snorting a condom at south elmsall train station on Tuesday evening.
Residents who live close by to the station stated " I was traumatised for life, I saw it literally shoot up his nose like a pellet, God knows where it went, all I heard was dangerous Gipping"
