18 year old JJ Stoner of Elizabethtown PA. Accused of being the mastermind behind isis, investigation started back in early july 2016 . Reports of the investigation showed quickly that Mr. Stoner was running a organized gang & will be taken to Federal State Prison & held under $400,000 bail. The isis leader is unlikely to return.
