12 year old Nigel Zachery is wanted for breaking and entering into his brother 16 year old Anthony Zachery's room. Anthony made a call to the police around 9:30 Tuesday night saying he had missing drug paraphernalia from his room. The boys have a little brother 5 year old Isaiah Zachery who told police he seen Nigel enter the room with their 20 year old sister Leaha Zachery. The two broke Anthony's door knob and entered his room, ransacking his dresser and refrigerator, then taking weed wrappers, grinders, jars, lighters and money. Anthony does not wish to press charges against Leaha. Police do not want to arrest and jail Nigel, but to bring him in for questioning. They would like to solve the problem without involving the police. Nigel must turn himself in by Friday to avoid further action.
