Robert Givens robbed Dollar Tree of Webster Groves October 42, 2016. Sources say Mr. Givens walked up to the cashier demanding all the Kit Kat Bars while holding a water gun directly towards the left eye because the other eye wasn't right. He was last seen exiting off hwy 44 @ Elm leaving IMOS driving a rusted 4 door 1964 Chevy Impala with MO license plates that read IM DA MAN.
