Today SSG Chappell was found dead in the PX parking lot off Troop Rd. Police and Paramedics responded to a call of a person unresponsive in a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. It wasn't until they touched his radio that he woke up and begin kicking their ass and sent one paramedic to a near by hospital. Reports say witnesses were yelling "he need some milk" and "you never touch a black mans radio" when asked what happened from a near by witness he had this too say "he was beating they ass like they said he had a pt test after staff duty"
