Local man, Julius Velazquez Lebron (Eivan) 19, or Naguabo, Puerto Rico, was arrested last night when reports came in that a man was having sexual relations with a underage girl. Police investigated and detained the man at the younger girls house. The man was arrested and is being in Warren County Jail. This isn't the first time this has happened, in Hudson Falls. Julius is currently being tried for Danger in the Welfare of a Child, Statutory Rape, and Possession of Marijuana. His case will be held Tuesday
