Joseph Bancroft, 19, was found scaring people on the streets by dressing up as a muderous clown and walking around with a knife. Caught hissing at cats and other various animals, the dangerous man soon lost his red nose and was taken into manchester police station and is being severely questioned about his crimes. The clown will soon learn his jokes aren't funny.
