Sheriffs office in Martin county,ky received a call Thursday from a concerned neighbor who stated that she heard screams coming from the apartment next door, without any further information , deputy's rushed to the scene.Upon arrival they couldn't believe what they seen, a woman wearing only a tee-shirt, covered in blankets..They woke the woman later identified as Josie Delong ,and asked was she ok and why was she screaming. Delong rolled her eyes and simple said, "it's just my new neighbors getting it on, this happens way to often" deputy Patrick asked Delong why she was so upset about this, she said "because I could be the one screaming, but he stupid tho". No arrest were made, although handcuffs were used next door. ????????
