The small bayou community of Pierre Part is taking a stand against Donaldsonville residents who rent or own property in Pierre Part for camps or recreational purposes effective 11/1/2016. According to the local officials, "Individuals such as David Weil, Jenny Verbois, Mary Long, and Dawn Burgess, as well as the general Donaldsonville population are unworthy to enjoy the splendor of God's country; they frolic and wreak havoc and it will no longer be tolerated." Therefore, with the general concencus in agreement with the new ordinance, the unsavory characters have until the befitting holiday of Halloween to eradicate their belongings from the Pierre Part - Belle River area. Locals agree, it will be the beginning of a new era - where the splendors of the bayou can be enjoyed without unnecessary worry!
