Local railroader Rick Cortez has been arrested when zoo keepers at Niabi zoo found Mr. Cortez in the CUBS den trying to perform a sex act on one of the new baby CUBS. It was a horrifying site said Zoo Director Ted Loete who herd some really loud unpleasing sounds coming from the den. I herd something concerning to me so i followed my ears to the sound. When I got there I saw Mr. Cortez with his pants down to his ankles standing directly behind the baby CUB. When the authorities asked Rick why he simply answered how much he loves the CUBS. Mr. Cortez is awaiting sentencing !
