Young male Devon Dray, 16. Was arrested for putting a hamster in someone's letter box. Last night at 1800Hrs police got a recived a complaint. police rushed to the house only capturing 16 year old Devon Dray. Police handcuffed the male and questioned him in the spot. MR Dray ran from the police but was shortly found after near NotCutts, Norwich. The crime is still under investigainvestigatn.
