Alexandra Richards, 18, of Newark Ohio, has recently been arrested and charged with selling over 100 grams to an undercover deputy. Reports state that Richards had no idea the man was actually a police officer and tried to run while being arrested. She was only able to run for 32 seconds before becoming completely out of breath and collapsing. Richards is in costudy and awaiting a trial date.
