Today in Saint Paul, MN. A man by the name Carlos "Los" Erebia was caught today masterbating in the frozen food section, at the Cub Foods on York St. Witnesses claim to have seen him "grabbing popsicles and putting them down his pants."
When authorities arrived they assumed he was under the influence of crack or sonetime or some type of hallucinogen. As a suprise to them he was completely sober.
