Kevin Maher of Sunnyland, Illinois was arrested Tuesday October 25th and charged with Animal cruelty. After the police were called they apprehended him and asked the man "Why would you do that?" Maher replied, "I love the taste of processed tuna". According to witnesses, he has been doing this for years. His cats have nowhere to poop. Maher remains in Tazewell county jail at this time on $50,000 Bond. He will be transported to Methodist Medical Center for psychiatric treatment.
