A Local man by the name of karl keating has been found guilty by DCC ,with charges of docking trocaire boxes due to lack of income for his cronic addiction to thc. A witness said "he came into daybreak with his phone on silent and a look on face that said i owe out my balls" ,the witness further stated that he had "a look of a man who owed out a fair few quid".
