Deputies are wanting to speak with Colin Staples in regards to reports of him trying to lure multiple cats into his home. Legend has it that once he has the cats, he shaves off all their hair and calls them prescious. There may even be some tickling involved. Staples is described as young man in his twenties who likes to wear women's cloth and usually walks around Albany yelling "smell my fingers".
