Local youngster 'Joseph Breen' has been sentenced to 23 weeks of community service after witnesses experience 'something that they cannot unsee'.
On Sunday morning it was confirmed that the youngster had take some form of the drug ecstasy and lost his temper with his relative named 'Marie Breen' for not giving him money and then bit her ear off out of rage.
More evidence needs to be gathered, but thoughts go out to the victims family.
