Mrs P sc**per has allowed her dog to poop in nearly every street in Bedwas. She do not not pick it up. Shes a lazy disrespectful and a very annoying lady. You may have seen her, you may know of her!
The Bedwas community are sick of her allowing her dog to do this and not clean up after her dog.
Just imagine if parents allowed their children to crap on streets and not clean it up.
Lets put a stop to this. Name and shame these lazy dog owners like Mrs P***per and if you see anyone who does not pick up poop report them take photos of them and let Caerphilly council know so they can sort them out.
