A middle aged teenager has been recently held in custody after "rallying" a car into the back of an old womans car. The boy had said he had bought the car straight of a "junkie in the flats" for a packet of golf balls. he was then held in a waiting room yelling "pigs" and "rats" with a pack of "rollies" in his pocket. the young boy was not charged but was fined 100 euro for smoking in a public building (garda station)
