Ellie shankland aged 12-13 from sanquhar has been caught and will stay at the police station for 2-3 hours yet to come . Ellie Shankland was dressed as a killer clown. Unfortunetely some children have been mugged and had hot abused. Tragically several hours later the police had been phoned again Ellie has been kicking ducks and feeding them rubbish.
