Cody Matthew Davison of Clarinda was arrested early yesterday morning for rape. Cody was seen by Officer Keith Neal standing on the corner in a revealing outfit. Officer Neal invited Cody into the back of the police car where they carried out the horrendous act. After the altercation in the back of the cop car Cody was handcuffed and taken to Page county jail. Cody is being held on a $25,000 bond. He was also arrested for assaulting a Police Officer, with his penis.
