Jude Leal a life long resident was arrested early this morning for indecent exposure. Officers first spotted Mr. Leal riding naked on his motorcycle with his long time lover. They were wearing pink gay pride bandanas as they pulled into lyons park. When asked why they were doing so they replied"were Browns fans"!
