Nathan Howard a young black male from Ramsgate was arrested on October 31st after shouting incredibly racist comments at an elderly white couple on harbour street, Ramsgate.
Mr and mrs Johnson was very alarmed and gave this following statement: "me and my wife was having a stroll through the town in the evening when this enraged young man approached us chanting "kill the white folk", we immediately moved out his way as he stared at us for a number of minutes, it was a traumatic experience we don't want to endure again, we both hope he gets the help he clearly needs"
Mr Howard was given a section 31 and was later released the following day, other charges are still pending.
