Balbriggan man Gary Baxter has been charged with the racist attack on 14-year old solemon Mohammed, although Baxter,22 denied this attack the evidence has stacked up against him including CCTV footage of the attack.
Baxter will serve 3 years minimum and a further 2 suspended as its his first offence. When the judge asked Baxter why he committed this unprovoked racist attack he replied 'judge I didn't bleeding do it you have the wrong bloke im innocent i done nothin'
Baxter today at Dublin District court has been charged with assault to a minor,racism and has been ordered to pay €1,500 in medical bills to the defendant on top of his spell inside.
