Late at night on Tuesday November 1st, there was a clown spotted on Baltimore Ave. Mount Holly. A 68 year old man was in his house when he heard what sounded to be a clown laughing. The man then went outside and spotted a clown sitting on his neighbors porch. The old man ran inside and called the police. Once the police got there the clown was gone. The old man got an imagine of the clown which is down below. If anyone sees or hears this clown please call 911. Thanks for your time. Let's keep America safe.
