Portsmouth Ohio a man has been charged for the molestation of a German Shepard.Thursday Night around 1 AM Portsmouth Police responded to a disturbance call on the 1700 block of Jackson Ave to Find Mark Anthony Tindall 40 of West Portsmouth Ohio highly intoxicated and naked on top of the German Shepard sexually penetrating the German Shepard.Mark Tindall is being held in the Scioto County Jail facing a 10,000 bond.
