Dublin teenager (16) has been arrested after an incident on James street earlyer this moring. the girl (who cannot be named for legal reasons) was caught master baiting outside a shop window with a very expensive unpaid item from the store. One eyewitness said "it was disgusting she was outside the sex shop in the middle of the day feeling her muffin, pure lashing herself out of it, discraceful carry on's"
