A man in his 30's from an address in Drumcondra was found fondling himself outside the home of a girls home who can't be named for legal reasons. Barry Kavanagh (32) was in the middle of Masterbating in a bush when two elderly woman spotted a young man what appeared to be a disgusting act in public. The young man was taken away with gardai but refused to Co - operate and continued to Masterbate. Gardai had no option to but use a taser gun.
