After weeks of hard work it has come to the attention owners James and Mark that Shyrief has showed great ability to perform his job works well with others and gives our staff a young athletic strong good looking black man the advantage we need when cutting down trees in ripping out roots with his bare hands he showed humility determination and his unwillingness to never stop until the job is done or until James comes and saves him for a little bit.
