17 Year old Chanel (Last Name was not discripted) has been arrested today for going around Dallas Texas robbing women particularly wearing weave, eye liner, eye lashes, and ect. Victim Shaniqua Smith says that "She really had a bad hair day after getting beat up by a couple of girls at school and had a date with her boyfriend in an Hour, so she had to do what she had to do." She has been sentenced for a year of community service and house arrest and is also band from any hair salon or beauty salon.
