A 14 year old boy, Jett Taylor, had been banned from public libraries in West Virginia for life! After an altercation which ended up in the boy punching a 90 year old woman in the face, causing her to have a panic attacking and gaze the boy. After a court appearance Jett was banned from libraries for life.
