Local Sharon born Man Mark rice was arrested on Monday night 5:54 in the morning. Locals say he's there often, but tonight this night he was intoxicated quote on quote "wanted to swim with the fishes I'm going to find you nemo". After arrested in Port out of the water officials learned that he was intoxicated and had sworn that he had to find Nemo before the time was up.
