Tyler Hiles of Republic Pa. aka Joel's People, Has been caught by Troy Rice in the ally way in front of Hiles house. Troy had heard some ppl back they making funny noise when he went to check it out he have found Tyler Hiles aka Joel's people, a younger girl name Destiny Smith, and his old partner Norm Howard. Rice have found out that they was taking turns fucking destiny. The two males was in shock when the seen rice so the try to offer him with some pills to let them leave. Rice got mad cause he wasn't invited to join them in there actions so he had arrest Tyler aka Joel's people and let Norm and destiny go on no charges. More to come on this story tomorrow.
