April Lockhart, 16, is wanted by Essex Police for GBH and drug trafficking. Lockhart was seen on the 15th of March near Priory Street, Colchester, where the attack took place. Eye witnesses say the attack was unnecessary and gory. We cannot name the victim due to legal reasons. If anybody has any information on the whereabouts of April, please contact Essex Police.
