Theres been a botox scare in cilfrew village as a miss kimberly smith spelt with an E has had botox injections costing a staggering £180 wich has left her face looking angry and misrable . Miss smith claims its because her partner mr. G dean is a cunt but mr dean claims its how her face has always been and that the botox has had no effect and thats how miss smith is normally.
