Great news for the people of Hull. A new Ikea store is to open a new store. It will be built on the site of the current cleeve school on bransholme estate.The school will be demolished and rebuilt on land nearby This gives a timely boost to the job market. It will create 200 jobs once open. Council bosses were tight lipped when asked but a spokesman for Ikea said plans were at a very advanced stage. The store could open its doors within 18 months.
