The Mississippi Board of Educational passed a new law aimed to improve high school students GPA. They are now claiming that any student that fails a grade will not only be demoted to two grade levels below the grade that they failed, but they also claim that the students will also be the winner of a full paid expense trip for 1 to the Pass Christian correctional facility for a 5 night stay
