Some reckless kids encounter a Jigglypuff , and they ask her to sing to them. But little do they know, this Jigglypuff is very naughty. At first the stubborn Jigglypuff refuses to sing to them. Soon they finally help her to sing. She sings her song, then they fall asleep. She sucks in air until she gets bigger than a baseball. She draws on their faces and then they wake up. ''I think that she must've thought we were being rude,'' Pikachu exclaims when he woke up. Then Jigglypuff went to sing in a giant city. Everyone fell asleep, too, and Jigglypuff scribbled on their faces, too! Pikachu then went around and spread rumors about this Jigglypuff . People started getting upset so they plotted to take her pen away. But they never got her pen. Jigglypuff was still going around, waiting to ask if anyone wanted her to sing her song.
