Giant Rats have been spotted over the last 6 months near the Pools and Allotment site just off of Beech Rd. Woodside Ave. Telford; in the County of Shropshire.
Local man Jeremy Charles Wilson was the first person to be able to catch these larger need rodents, by way of poison, and photograph the Splinter like resembling critter.
Weighing in a over 3kg and almost 33 inches in length, a few have also been spotted in people's gardens and ponds.
If spotted please report to the local council office; and if you fear they may have gotten into your loft or cavity of your home, please contact your local dog warden as quoted by the local Council "they have the equipment large enough to safely remove and retain these animals"
