On March 31, Charles Benson was sentenced to a two year sentence after trying to climb the eifel tower. The witnesses say there was a long line to the elevator so he complained to the staff. It eventually escalated to a yelling fight. Some say he was even shouting profanity. It all ended with him walking toward the eifel tower and eventually climbing up it. The police arrived when he was only about 10 feet up so they could easily apprehend him. He was drug tested and the results came back positive. Charles Benson will now be spending two years under arrest and have a criminal record.
